Upon arriving to my room (Room 114 - Pool Level.1 level under the main level), the room reminded me more of a Courtyard Marriott than a Marriott brand hotel. The front desk of the Marriott was normal, and good customer service was given upon check in and check out. I recently stayed at this hotel for an overnight trip, and was surprised when we pulled up to it. I look forward to hearing from you so we can resolve the issues you experienced!
